Kevin Taylor is the managing partner and has been with the firm since 1973. His diverse experience in both tax and auditing includes specialization in such industries as wholesale/retail, manufacturing, construction, real estate, farming and numerous types of non-profits. He provides a wide array of tax reporting, compliance and consulting for closely held corporations, partnerships, trusts and individuals, and uses his expertise to assist clients to achieve their goals. Kevin is a long-standing member of the Massachusetts Society of CPA’s, the New Hampshire Society of CPA’s, the American Institute of CPA’s and the Institute of Management Accountants. He lives with his wife and two daughters in Mason, New Hampshire.

Mark is our Human Resources Director; he has many years of experience in all aspects of employment management. He is a senior accountant, who has been with the firm for 38 years. His expertise is with corporate, individual and trust tax preparation. He enjoys golf and time spent with his family.

Jane is the firm’s tax partner and has been with the firm since 2002. She has more than thirty-five years of experience in all aspects of corporate, partnership, trust, estate and gift, and individual taxes. Her clients have included manufacturers, retail and wholesale businesses, and real estate, financial and high tech companies, as well as high net worth individuals and complex estates and trusts. She is a member of the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Glenn is our long time audit manager, who has more than thirty years experience in all aspects of accounting and auditing. But he is also a tax specialist with a Masters in Taxation from Bentley University. His clients include construction companies, manufacturers, retail and wholesale companies, and transportation and service industries, as well as a wide variety of not-for-profit organizations.

Peter has been with the firm for over 40 years and has a wide range of clients for whom he prepares accounting and tax returns. His clients include construction companies, auto body shops and rental real estate entities. He is a member of the Massachusetts Society of CPAs.

Jean has been with the firm for more than 40 years. She has held a variety of positions in office administration and as a para-professional. She continues her duties on a part time basis while pursuing her legal career. She works with many of our clients in the areas of estate planning, estate administration, business incorporation and other aspects of probate law. She is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association.

Ellen is our administrative assistant and has been with the firm for nine years. She is a Notary Public and is available for our client's needs. She is the one who will greet you when you come to our office and direct your calls. She has many years of experience in word processing and other office functions.
